Hello from the Rockies!  This Leo club serves the states of Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah.

NEWS - April 2008. Our club has closed it's dog doors. It was mostly a social club but due to the recent alliance of the Leonberger Club of America with the AKC, it can no longer exist as an affiliated club and still get away with simply being a social club. We still have our local email list, and may put together some Leo fun days and perhaps a picnic each Autumn, but this group will not be an "official" LCA or AKC affiliated club.

So... what this means is the RMLC is sort of up for grabs. If you are interested in forming an LCA affiliated club please contact Marsha Petry and, of course, also the LCA. Marsha owns this domain name and has been donating it to RMLC for several years. If you want to use this domain name and be an official club, she needs to formally transfer the domain to you (due to insurance and liability reasons).
If nothing happens within the next year or so, Marsha will take down the website completely. For now, she'll leave it up as a place for contacting local Colorado Leonberger folks.

NEWS - April 2008. The RMLC coordinated the 2008 Leonberger National Specialty,
at Estes Park, Colorado April 9-13th, 2008  It was a huge success and big thanks are in order for Teri Whalen and Suzi Ritter who coordinated the bulk of the show! It would not have happened without them.

in Wisconsin, at some town I can't pronounce let alone spell. See you there!
