UPDATE: All regional clubs must rewrite their constitution and by-laws and submit to the AKC.  So we are waiting to see if there is a chance that the LCA's GC will create a default template for regional clubs so that we all do not have to reinvent the wheel.  Mon, April 27, 2009 JE
