Hi everyone,

We are underway with putting together a couple great ways for our members to get involved with their Leos in Water Rescue.  We will be working with the High Country Newfoundland Club to put together an introductory "learn about it" event, as well as developing a working program going forward for those with interest.  The HCNC has been the premier source for water rescue training and certification in the CO, UT, WY, and NM regions for some time and we are over the moon to have the opportunity to work with them to get our Leos out there on the water.

If you have interest in learning more about Water Rescue training and certification for your Leos, please send an email to: rockymountainleonbergerclub@gmail.com with the number of dogs, and any prior WR experience.  It is important to get an initial number of interested people and dogs prior to scheduling.

We are also looking for a club coordinator to work with the HCNC for the WR program, if you have interest please contact us, we can always use a helping hand.
