Since its inception the LCA has been helping breeders adhere to the highest level of integrity in their practices and standards. In fact, the LCA is THE governing body for the Leonberger breed with the AKC, and provided the breed standard for the AKC.  The LCA has worked tirelessly to define very rigid breeding guide lines. They do this for the dogs, they do this for you.
